Reports can be requested by emailing [email protected]   Please include the name, date of birth, and date of incident with your request.

***The Records Division can no longer accept cash for payment of services. Acceptable forms of payment are bank checks, personal checks or business checks***

***The Records Department will NOT fax reports***

The Revere Police Records Department is responsible for maintaining and recording all reports filed by the Revere Police. The reports include, but are not limited to:

  • Motor Vehicle Crash Reports
  • Motor Vehicle Theft Reports
  • Larceny / Burglary Reports
  • Vandalism Reports
  • Assault Reports

To obtain a copy of a police report:

  • Confirm a report was filed by an officer
  • Know the incident report number and/or
  • Date, Time and Location of incident
  • Have a valid photo i.d.
