Our ability to solve crimes and create a safer City of Revere has a lot to do with citizen involvement. The Revere Police Department has embraced new technologies that open us up to two-way communications anonymously with citizens who have tips or other information that will help us solve crimes and create a safer community.

When you submit a tip through any of the three options below, it is sent to a 3rd party tip service acting as a privacy buffer between you and the Revere Police Department to preserve your identity and contact information. If you have a tip for the Revere Police Department, please use any of the three options below to help provide important information on crimes or criminals that will help us to keep the City of Revere safe for everyone.
Tip submissions may not be received until the following day. In case of emergency dial 911. If the situation is not an emergency but still requires an officer to respond soon, then you may dial our non-emergency number at 781-284-1212

Option 1: TEXT 847411

Cell telephone users can text information to 847411.
Simply type in ReverePD, enter a space, then type your tip and hit send. The keyword ReverePD must be included.
When the text message is sent to the RPD the tipster’s cellular phone number is completely anonymous and is never received by the Revere PD.

Option 2: Download our ReverePD Tip App

Click the links to the right to download the ReverePD Tips app from your app store. This application provides citizens

with the ability to submit anonymous tips from their smart phone. You may also search for “ReverePD” in your App Store.

Option 3: Send Tip Online

Use the form below to submit your anonymous tip online. After submitting a tip using the web service, you will be assigned a six digit code with numbers and letters. That is your anonymous ID to log back into the system by clicking the follow-up tab below.
